How to cancel your subscription

Learn how to cancel your AdMove subscription, what happens after cancellation, and how to reactivate your account if needed.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the app. Here's how:

  1. From your AdMove dashboard, click on the Profile icon in the bottom left sidebar

  2. Click on Billing, located on the left sidebar

  3. On the Billing page, you'll see your current plan details, and next to it the Cancel button. Click it, follow the on-screen steps to confirm your cancellation

What happens after you cancel?

Access until the end of billing period

When you cancel your subscription, you won't lose access immediately. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, and you can continue using your remaining credits during this time.

No automatic renewal

Once your current billing period ends, your subscription will not renew, and you won't be charged again.

Credit expiration

Any unused credits will expire at the end of your billing period. Credits do not carry over after cancellation.
