How does the 7-day free trial work?

Your free trial includes 500 credits to explore all features of AdMove. You won't be charged during the trial period. Your chosen subscription only begins after the 7-day trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then with no charges.

What happens if I run out of credits before the month ends?

If you use all your monthly credits, you have two options: wait until your next billing cycle when your credits automatically refresh, or upgrade to a higher plan to get more credits immediately. Your credits reset at the start of each billing period.

How do refunds work?

We provide pro-rated refunds based on credit usage, not time. If you haven't used any credits at all, you'll receive a full refund. If you've used some credits, we calculate how many you've used and only charge you for those. The remaining unused credits are refunded proportionally.

Can I upgrade my plan after subscribing?

Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time and get immediate access to your new credit allowance. The price difference will be pro-rated based on your current billing cycle. Please note that downgrades are not available once you've selected a plan.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime directly from the app. Simply go to Settings, then click on Billing, and select the "Cancel" button next to your current plan. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access to your remaining credits.

Do unused credits roll over?

No, credits reset every month to encourage consistent usage and maintain predictable pricing.

Are there feature differences between plans?

No feature limits. All plans offer the same features. You simply pay for the credits you need.

Can I see my credit usage?

Yes, real-time tracking shows exactly how many credits you've used in your workspace.
